Please review the course subjects, available materials, access period, device requirements and price before enrolling. Course access and payment are handled on the learning platform or app store used for the purchase.
Course purchases
VetsNotes’ published course policy treats completed course purchases as non-refundable once access has been granted, including changes of mind, non-use or partial completion. The terms shown at the time of purchase and any applicable statutory rights remain relevant. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
App-store purchases
Where payment is collected by an app store, its purchase, cancellation and refund procedures also apply. Review your receipt and the platform’s purchase history for the relevant support process.
Payment or access problems
If you experience a duplicate charge, an unsuccessful payment, or difficulty accessing a purchased course, email contactvetsnotes@gmail.com with your order reference, purchase date, course name and payment platform. We will review the reported issue; contacting support does not itself confirm a refund.
Do not include your password or full card details. Free website resources and tools do not involve a course purchase or refundable payment.
