These terms apply to Vetsnotes.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Use our resources lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the operation of the website.
2. Educational and professional reference
Our content and calculators provide educational information and reference support. They do not establish a veterinarian–client–patient relationship or replace a clinical examination, diagnosis or prescription. Read our Disclaimer before using a medicine tool.
Dosage and medicine details must be verified by a registered veterinary practitioner and used under their supervision. The treating veterinarian must confirm the diagnosis, patient suitability, regimen and practical dose. This summary is not a signed prescription.
3. Content ownership and permitted use
VetsNotes names, logos and original teaching materials remain the property of their respective owners. Publicly available resources may be used for personal study and lawful professional reference, subject to the permissions stated with each resource.
Course enrolment provides subscription-based access to view the course materials for the stated access period. It does not constitute a purchase of the PDF notes or transfer ownership of any course material.
PDF notes are provided for viewing within the course platform only. They must not be downloaded, copied, shared, distributed, resold, republished or uploaded elsewhere without prior written permission from VetsNotes, except where expressly permitted by applicable law. Access is personal and non-transferable, and remains subject to the subscription period and course terms.
Third-party models, videos, trademarks and other materials retain their original ownership and licences. A Creative Commons licence shown with a model governs reuse of that model; these terms do not remove permissions granted by its creator.
4. Courses, apps and purchases
Course and app links may take you to the VetsNotes learning platform, an app store or another service. Prices, access periods, account requirements and purchase terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase. A course purchase provides the stated access rights rather than ownership of its materials.
Keep your account credentials private and do not bypass access controls or share restricted course content. Read the Refund/Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
5. Responsible use
Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, impersonate another person or misuse our content. Do not use a calculator result as a signed prescription or alter it to misrepresent a veterinarian’s approval.
6. Availability and external services
We may update, correct or remove content and tools. Availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. YouTube videos, Sketchfab viewers, app stores and other external services are subject to their own terms and availability.
7. Accuracy and responsibility
We aim to provide useful information, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Verify information that affects an animal’s care or a purchase before relying on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VetsNotes is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of its educational resources or reliance on unverified information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
